(VI) AMRAZ-E-HALAQ (Diseases of the throat)

STARKHA-E-LAHAT (Elongated uvula)
Uvula (Kawwa) hangs at the back of the throat. When elongated,
it causes frequent cough, which increases when the patient
is lying down or sleeping.
Prescription No. 1.
Method of preparation
: Extract the juice of Lahsan and mix with the equal quantity
of Honey.
Administration
: use as throat paint.

2. WARM-E-LAUZATAIN (Tonsillitis)

is present. The patient feels pain when swallowing.

twice daily.

: Make a fine powder of Suhaga and mix with Honey.
