I-130 Family Preference Aliens

Other family members are allowed to immigrate based upon their relation to a US Citizen, however there are only a certain number of visas given out every year. There are several categories of such family members. Those categories are: unmarried sons and daughters of US Citizens who are over 21, married sons and daughters of US Citizens, spouses and unmarried sons and daughters of Permanent Resident Aliens, and brothers and sisters of US Citizens.
